2250热轧生产线粗轧机R2主传动轴断裂事故分析与改进措施

摘要 介绍了首钢京唐公剐2250热轧生产线粗轧机R2卡传动轴断裂事故的经过,并对传动轴断裂的原因进行了详细分析。结果表明,下传动轴的理论平衡重量偏低,造成粗轧机R2主传动轴在长期承受较大弯矩条件下运行,引起焊缝的疲劳是粗轧机R2主传动轴断裂事故的主要原因.将下轴液压缸压力由10MPa调整至12.4MPa,使其产生的交变应力与上传动轴一敛,避免了再产生较大的弯矩而对传动轴的焊缝造成影响。 The fracture accident of the main drive shaft of R2 in 2250 hot strip mill Shougang Jingtang Company was introduced, and the causes were analyzed in detail. The results showed that the theoretical balance weight of the lower drive shaft was low, which caused the main drive shaft to run under large bending moment, and the following fatigue of the weld seam was the main reason of the fracture accident of the main drive shaft. By adjusting the pressure of the lower shaft hydraulic cylinder from 10 MPa to 12.4 MPa, the alternating stress produced by the lower drive shaft was consistent with the upper drive shaft, which avoided the effect of large bending moment on the weld seam of the drive shaft.
