the purpose of the implementation of land reserve institution transformation in China is in order to effectively regulate the land market, prompte the healthy and orderly development of land market, optimize the configuration of land resource and improve tlhe social welfare. However, the positioning of the land reserve institution transformation is facing new difficulties now, which is focused on by the people. By analyzing the problems on the position of land reserve institution transformation and and learning from the land reserve institution transformation broad, this paper argues that the function orientation of the land reserve institution transformation should be improved, in order to achieve the goal of regulating the land market and protecting the interests of landless peasants.
