合作教学中的高职英语教师学习研究

Higher vocational EFL teacher learning in co-teaching

本研究采用个案研究的方法,研究了一名高职英语教师在合作教学中的学习情况,旨在探讨其学习活动的类型、内容和意义。通过分析该教师所写的25篇教学反思日记,发现合作教学中的教师学习活动包括反思、实验、无互动学习和有互动学习四种类型。学习内容涵盖了教师知识结构中的五类知识:学科知识、一般教学法知识、学科教学知识、学生及其发展特点知识和人际沟通和情感支撑知识,并进一步总结了合作教学情境下教师学习的特点和意义,对高职英语教师专业化发展路径进行了初步探索。

Based on 25 reflective teaching journals by a higher vocational English teacher in co-teaching, this study finds that teacher learning of this kind falls into four types, namely, reflecting, experimenting, learning from others without interaction and learning from others in interaction, which cover five types of teacher knowledge： content knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, knowledge of learners and interpersonal support knowledge. The paper points out that teacher learning in co-teaching is reflective, interactive and situational. It is beneficial to the enhancement of teacher knowledge and teaching efficacy, thus resulting in the students’ progress.
