摘要
抑郁是严重危害大学生身心健康的精神疾病,但学校和社会更加关注确诊的抑郁症大学生患者,而对于数量更多、增长飞快的阈下抑郁者,则很少关注。在此聚焦于阈下抑郁者,从抑郁自测量表(SDS)问卷调查入手,分析了大学生阈下抑郁的主要成因。然后,提出了阈下抑郁的非药物自我干预与学校干预策略,对大学生阈下抑郁做到早教育、早预防、早发现、早干预,使大学生回归心理健康,这对于大学生形成健康稳定的人格,培养良好的心理素质,促进校园和谐及社会稳定具有非常重要的现实意义。
Depression is a mental illness that seriously jeopardizes the physical and mental health of college students. However, schools and societies pay more attention to the confirmed depressive patients, and seldom notice the people with sub-threshold depression which is now rapidly increasing in number. Focusing on those with sub-threshold depression, starting from the SDS questionnaire, this paper analyzes the main causes of sub-threshold depression in college students, and proposes a non-drug self-intervention and school intervention strategy for sub-threshold depression, which can make college students return to mental health by early education, early prevention, early discovery and early intervention. This is of great practical significance for college students to form healthy and stable personality, cultivate good psychological quality, and promote campus harmony and social stability.
