摘要
为提升皮带机运行效率,减少设备故障引起的异常停机,开发一种皮带机运行状态监测系统。该系统通过监测拉线开关、减速箱、驱动滚筒等关键设备,对皮带机运行状态进行监测、分析,在出现故障趋势时进行提前报警,当故障出现时进行诊断及定位。现场测试表明,该系统能有效解决皮带机故障确定难的问题。
A belt conveyor running state monitoring system is developed to improve the running efficiency of belt conveyor and reduce the abnormal stop caused by the equipment failure. The running state of belt conveyor is monitored and analyzed by monitoring the key equipments, such as the pull switch, the gear box, and the driving roller. An alarm is given in advance when there is a failure trend, and the failure is diagnosed and located when it occurs. It is shown that the problem of hard to determine the failure of belt conveyor is solved effectively from site test.
