摘要
为解决常规岸桥总装方式受场地限制及吊装设备等影响较大的问题,研究超大负荷的岸桥自提升吊装系统。该系统主要由上部提升结构、托梁、背拉张弓装置、提升油缸系统、计算机控制系统等组成,利用岸桥自身结构对岸桥进行自提拉。该系统具有场地适应性强、不占用生产泊位、节省费用等优势。
In order to solve the problems that the conventional assembly way of quayside container crane is limited by site and hoisting equipment, the self-lifting hosting system for quayside container crane is developed. The system is mainly composed of the upper hoisting mechanism, lifting-beam, anti-bending bow device, lifting cylinder system and computer control system. The own structure of the quayside container crane is utilized to realize the self-lifting. The advantages of strong site adaptability, no-occupation of production berth and cost saving are presented.
