城乡社区治理中的空间正义,是在城镇化与村镇化的共融发展中,确保城乡居民平等地占有和分享空间资源的机会和权利。其形成过程是以"资本三循环"为基础,表征为"资本投入-制度安排-空间正义的社会认同"。西方城市化发展中的空间形成,基于"资本-制度安排"的经济逐利性,使得城乡社区的治理结构,偏离空间生产的正义性。当代中国以"土地财政收入"为基础的城市化空间生产,则基于"压力赶超型"的路径选择,陷入了"唯城市"城市化发展的治理误区。构建空间正义形成中的城乡社区治理路径,需要以既定城乡空间分野的事实差异为前提,促进分层化空间治理结构的逻辑生成。
