恶性肿瘤患者特质心理韧性量表的科学性考评

Scientific evaluation of the resilience scale specific for cancer

目的:对前期开发的恶性肿瘤患者特质心理韧性量表(RS-SC)进行临床检验。方法:对250例来自广州中医药大学第一附属医院、广东省中医院的恶性肿瘤患者进行问卷调查,采用双参数项目反应理论(IRT)模型对RS-SC进行分离指数、阈值、区分度、残差拟合度等参数进行检验。结果:RS-SC仍保留25条目的三维度结构,各维度的Cronbach’sα为0.814-0.851,条目分离指数为0.891-0.945,累积方差解释量为67.38%;25个条目难度分布均匀,区分度在0.34-0.99之间,残差拟合度都在-2.5~2.5之间,阈值间距在0.06-6.95 logits之间。结论:RS-SC具有良好的三维度结构,各条目的信息拟合度较高(部分条目需要进行后期调整),适合在中国恶性肿瘤患者中使用。

Objective： To test the pre-developed resilience scale specific for cancer（RS-SC） in clinic. Methods： Two hundred and fifty patients were collected from No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, and Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to conduct a questionnaire survey. The parameters of RS-SC were tested by using the two-parameter item response theory（IRT） model for the separation index, threshold value, discrimination degree and residual fitting degree. Results： The RS-SC still retained the three-dimension structure of 25 entries. Cronbach＇s α of each dimension varied from 0.814 to 0.851, the entry separation index varied from 0.891 to 0.945, and the cumulative variance interpretation was 67.38%. The 25 items were evenly distributed, and the discrimination degree of them varied from 0.34 to 0.99, and residual fitting degree of them varied from-2.5 to 2.5, and the threshold value varied from 0.06 to 6.95 logits. Conclusion： The RS-SC, with higher information fitting degree of each item（some items needed to be adjusted later）, has a good three-dimension structure, and it is suitable for use in patients with cancer in China.
