摘要
目的:分析、总结现代期刊文献中针灸治疗膝关节滑膜炎的取穴配伍规律。方法:计算机检索1990年1月至2017年11月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库收录的针灸治疗膝关节滑膜炎的期刊文献,利用"中医传承辅助平台"软件,探索膝关节滑膜炎的针灸取穴配伍规律。结果:研究共纳入50篇文献,50个处方全部为多穴处方,内膝眼和犊鼻,犊鼻和血海,犊鼻和足三里,内膝眼和血海,内膝眼、犊鼻和血海配伍是针灸治疗膝关节滑膜炎所取用的位列前5名的腧穴配伍。结论:针灸治疗膝关节滑膜炎临床取穴配伍规律有着以局部取穴配伍为主,同时重视表里经取穴配伍的特点。临床上选取恰当的腧穴进行配伍,可加强所选腧穴间的协同作用,提高针灸的临床疗效,减轻患者的经济负担,促进针灸的临床推广。
Objective: To analyze and summarize the regulation of acupoint compatibility in acupuncture treatment of gonarthromeningitis in the modern journal literature. Methods: Through retrieving CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and Vip database on acupuncture treatment of gonarthromeningitis from January 1990 to November 2017, using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software, the regulation of acupoint compatibility in acupuncture treatment of gonarthromeningitis was analyzed and summarized. Results: A total of 50 articles were included in the study, and all 50 prescriptions were multi-points prescriptions. Top five acupoints compatibility were as follows: compatibility of Neixiyan(EX-LE4) and Dubi(S35); Dubi(S35) and Xuehai(SP10); Dubi(S35) and Zusanli(ST36); Neixiyan(EX-LE4) and Xuehai(SP10); Neixiyan(EX-LE4), Dubi(S35) and Xuehai(SP10). Conclusion: The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gonarthromeningitisis are based on local acupoint compatibility, and it emphasizes the characteristics of acupoints of the two meridians with the exterior-interior. It is necessary to choose appropriate acupoints for clinical compatibility, which can enhance the synergism of selected acupoints, improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture, reduce the economic burden on patients and promote the clinical promotion of acupuncture.
