2017年太原市居民健康相关生命质量影响因素及其评价研究

The influencing factors and evaluation of health related life quality among residents,Taiyuan city,2017

目的了解太原市当地居民生命质量现状,评价太原市居民的生命质量,分析影响人群生命质量的主要因素,为提高太原市居民生命质量提供参考依据。方法于2017年5~7月,采用随机抽样方法中抽签法,就山西医科大学选取符合条件的在太原居住超过半年的学生家庭为单位,就每个家庭进行编号,随机抽取40个家庭共计203名居民为研究对象,用一般情况调查问卷和SF-36量表对居民的基本情况和生命质量进行问卷调查,通过t检验、方差分析和多元线性回归分析等方法来分析各影响因素,找出主要影响因素。结果调查203人,居民在生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、活力、总体健康8个维度的得分分别为(84.95±18.16)、(56.13±20.36)、(69.43±22.67)、(73.22±21.32)、(51.92±21.44)、(59.42±17.61)、(59.59±19.48)、(60.45±21.94)分,不同年龄差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素分析,性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况、居住状况、就业状况、收入状况等因素对居民生命质量有不同程度的影响。多元线性回归分析,影响太原市居民生命质量的主要因素有年龄、学历、婚姻状况及居住状况。结论影响太原市居民生命质量的因素是多方面的,积极发展经济,提高居民受教育水平有助于提高居民生命质量。

Objective To understand the status quo of the life quality of local residents in Taiyuan city,so as to provide reference basis for improving their life quality. Methods During May-July 2017,the random sampling method was used to draw the number of students in Taiyuan city who had been living in Taiyuan city for more than half a year. Each house-hold was numbered,and 40 households were randomly selected. 203 residents were the subjects of the study. General sur- vey questionnaire and the SF-36 scale were conducted on the basic conditions and quality of life of the local residents. And various influencing factors were analyzed by t-test,analysis of variance,and multiple linear regression analysis, to find out the main influencing factors, Results Of 203 people surveyed, the scores of the residents in the eight dimensions of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, social function, emotional function, mental health, vitality, and overall health were （84.95 ± 18. 16 ）, （ 56.13 ± 20.36 ）, （69.43 ±22.67）, （73.22 ± 21.32 ）, （ 51.92 ± 21.44 ）, （59.42± 1 7.61）, （59.59±19.48）, （60.45±21.94）points,there were significant differences between different ages（P〈0.05）. Univariate analysis showed that factors such as gender, age, education, marital status, living status, employment status and income status had different degrees of impact on residents＂ quality of life. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main factors affecting the quality of life of residents in Taiyuan city were age,education,marital status and living con- ditions. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the quality of life of residents in Taiyuan city. Actively developing the economy and raising the education level of residents will help improve the quality of life of residents.
