摘要
目的:研究气象条件和空气质量对慢阻肺就诊人数的影响,探讨不利于人类的气象条件。方法:收集2016—2017年某三甲医院逐日慢性阻塞性肺炎(COPD)门诊数和新疆气象局同期气象数据(新疆气象局),使用Apriori算法,挖掘慢阻肺的就诊人数与气象条件和空气质量间的关联规则。结果:温差为8℃、平均气温为-16℃、PM2.5为等级3、空气轻度污染的情况下,易造成第2天慢阻肺的就诊人数增加。结论:气温、空气质量及温差对慢阻肺患者的就诊人数有影响。
Objective: To study the influence of meteorological conditions and air quality on the number of people visiting chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and explore the meteorological conditions unfavorable to human beings. Methods: We collected the number of chronic obstructive pneumonia(COPD) outpatients and the meteorological data of the Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau during the period from 2016 to 2017(Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau). We used the Apriori algorithm to dig out the Association rules of number of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, weather conditions, and air quality. Results: Under a temperature difference of 8℃, an average temperature of -16℃, a PM2.5 level of 3, and mild air pollution, the number of visits to COPD on the second day could easily be increased. Conclusion: Temperature, air quality, and temperature difference have an effect on the number of patients attending COPD.
