健康知识库构建以及在慢病管理服务中的应用

Construction of Health Knowledge Base and Its Application in the Management Service of Chronic Disease

针对高血压、糖尿病等慢性病人群的健康管理,通过半自动化的方式收集慢病相关的健康知识,构建了具有一定规模的健康知识库,并为健康知识库中的知识添加标签;运用医学自然语言处理技术对健康知识文本进行分析,实现了基于统计学的关键词提取算法并对算法进行了改进;对患者的健康数据进行分析提取,同时基于ICD-10、MeSH、临床指南等权威资源的相应主题词表构建了健康领域的主题词表;基于规则将患者特征映射至主题词表。半自动化处理能够提高健康知识库的构建效率,而知识库和用户标签匹配的个性化推荐,可以显著提高知识库的使用效果。

For the health management of chronic patients with hypertension and diabetes, the health knowledge base of a certain scale was constructed by the semi automated way of collecting the health knowledge related to slow disease, and the label of knowledge in the health knowledge base was added, and the medical Natural Language Processing technology was used to analyze the health knowledge text. In this paper, a key word extraction algorithm based on statistics is presented and the algorithm is improved to analyze the patient＇s health data. Based on the relevant subject thesaurus of authoritative resources such as ICD-10, MeSH, clinical guide and so on, the subject thesaurus of the health domain is constructed; the patient features are mapped to the subject word list based on the rules. Semi automatic processing can improve the efficiency of health knowledge base construction, and the personalized recommendation that is matched by knowledge base and user tag can greatly improve the use effect of knowledge base.
