预约模式下的病房床位协同管理研究

Research and Practice of Hospital Bed Collaborative Appointment Management System

病床是大型医院关键的医疗资源,随着住院患者数量日益增长,病床资源的合理配置已成为医院管理者亟待解决的难点。以厦门大学附属第一医院(总院)为例,在统计医院现有病床资源的基础上,分析病床配置合理性,研究病床预约排队算法和调度规则,研发病床协同预约管理系统,提高了医院床位的使用率与周转率,提升了医院总体管理水平。

Hospital beds are the pivotal medical resources in large hospitals. With the increasing number of hospitalized patients, the rational allocation of hospital bed resources has become a difficult problem for hospital managers to solve. This paper take the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University（Institute） example, research on hospital appointment queuing algorithm and dispatching rules based on statistics of existing sickbed resources in hospital, and develop the collaborative appointment management system for sickbed,to improve the utilization rate and turnover rate of hospital beds, and the overall management level of hospital.
