视频教学法在实习护生静脉输液操作中学习曲线的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨实习护生掌握静脉输液技术的学习曲线,为临床带教提供参考依据。方法:以2015年在医院实习的60名临床本科护生作为研究对象,平均分为12组,每组5人,每组配备一名操作老师,练习过程中操作老师负责记录每人每次练习的时间、次数、操作成绩三个评价指标的数据,一人练习时,小组其他成员对照视频及评分标准观看、学习。结果:护生练习24次后均通过考核,在练习至14次时护生平均成绩趋于稳定;在练习至12次时护生每次练习所需的时间趋于稳定,均到达合格标准,与前面练习对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与后面练习对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实习护生熟练掌握静脉穿刺输液技术所需要的最少练习例数是14次。 Objective: To explore the learning curve of nursing students mastering venous transfusion technology, so as to provide reference for clinical teaching. Methods: 60 clinical nursing undergraduate students based on the practice in our hospital in 2015 were selected as the research object, all the students were divided into 12 groups, each group of 5 people, each group was equipped with a teacher is responsible for recording the operation exercise time, frequency and operation of three evaluation indicators of the data operation, a person when training, other members of the group were for evaluation, learning to watch the video. Results: The nursing students practice after 24 times through the examination in practice, when to 14 times, the average score of nursing students tended to be stable; stable required for nursing students in practice each exercise to 12 times when the time arrives at the standard practice, compared with statistical significance(P0.05), front and back to practice comparison there was no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion: The minimum number of practice required for practical nursing students to master intravenous infusion technique is 14 times.
