维和医疗分队患者信息管理系统的开发与研究

Development and Research of the Hospital Information System for Peacekeeping Medical Unit

目的:为维和医疗分队定制一套贴合业务需求的患者信息管理系统,用信息化手段辅助维和医疗分队实现从粗放式管理向精细化管理的转变。方法:在南苏丹瓦乌任务区完成需求分析,结合任务区实际现场设计及开发,及时响应用户新需求,多版本快速迭代。使用Java语言,MySQl数据库,后台采用Spring+SpringMVC+Hibernate开发框架,前台采用HTML5+Easyui框架,以IntelliJ idea为开发工具,开发B/S模式的信息管理系统。根据任务区现地情况,采用无线+有线局域网相结合的方式组网。利用Vmware虚拟化技术搭设数据和网站服务器。结果:完成了维和医疗分队患者信息管理系统的设计与开发,该系统已在南苏丹瓦乌中国二级医院正常运行。结论:维和医疗分队信息管理系统填补了我国和所有联合国出兵国在维和任务中信息系统的空白,把维和医疗分队的工作模式从纸质手工记录转变为信息系统管理,把医疗人员从繁重的手工报表统计工作中解放出来,把维和分队信息化水平提升了一个维度,发现并解决了历史数据一致性的问题,制定了规范的医疗数据标准,把数据转化为信息,把信息转变为知识,为医疗辅助决策打下基础,为医疗大数据分析和智慧医疗提供了可能性。

Objective： Provide the custom-made hospital information system to convert the extensive management into fine management for the peacekeeping medical unit. Methods： Complete the demand analysis in the mission area in Wau, South Sudan. Developed the system with the consideration of the fact the mission area. Anwsered the users＇ requirement timely with the iterative methods for developing. Using the Java language, the MySQL database, the background using the Spring ＋ SpringMVC ＋ Hibernate development framework, the front desk adopts the Html5＋Easyui framework, and uses the Intelli J idea as the development tool to develop the information management system of the B/S mode. According to the mission field conditions, using wireless networking ＋ wired LAN combination. We use Vmware virtualization technology to build data and website servers. Results： Completed the develop for the hospital information system of the peacekeeping medical unit, the system has been working in level 2 hospital in Wau, South Sudan. Conclusion： The system has filled the gap of the information system for all the TCC which exchanged the work pattern from taditional paper work to the management information system. The system free our medical members from heavy manual statistic work and improve the information technology level of our medical unit. After using the system, we found out there was a problem about the inconformity for the medical data and we made the data standard to solve the problem. The system transforms the data to information, information to knowledge, build the foundation for medical aid decision making and provide the possibility for intelligence medical treatment as well.
