城市产业园建设存在的问题与对策研究

产业园作为享有特殊政策的城市区域经济社会发展的空间载体和空间引擎日渐成为带动地方经济社会发展的主要空间成果和增长极。现代产业园是区域经济发展及产业调整、升级的主要空间聚集形式,担负着聚集创新资源、培育新兴产业、推动城市化建设等一系列的重要使命。文章概述了产业园的概念与内涵,总结了现代产业园所具有的功能和特点,阐述了国内外产业园的发展与现状,分析了产业园在建设发展中存在的问题,提出了产业园发展的模式与对策,并对产业园的发展趋势进行了展望,为产业园进一步的建设和发展提供借鉴和参考。

As an important carrier and platform for the development of urban regional economy and society,industrial park is not only the space carrier and engine of the special policy of revitalizing the local economy,it has also gradually become the main spatial achievement and important growth pole in driving local economic and social development. Modern industrial park is an important space aggregation form for regional economic development and industrial adjustment and upgrading,shouldering the task of gathering innovative resources and cultivating new industries. This paper summarizes the concept and connotation of industrial parks, summarizes the functions and characteristics of modern industrial parks,and expounds the development and present situation of industrial parks at home and abroad. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the construction and development of industrial parks,puts forward the mode and countermeasures of the development of industrial parks,and looks forward to the development trend of industrial parks,to provide reference for the further construction and development of industrial park.
