基于CFD的低水头轴流式水轮机转轮增容改造研究 被引量:3

摘要 某电站轴流式水轮机由于转轮选型不当和设备老化等问题,出现了噪音较大、效率以及出力低下等现象。为提升机组的效率和出力,根据电站的水力条件,提出了3种改造方案,并通过比较确定了将贯流式转轮替换原轴流式转轮的改造方案。通过CFD分析、效率以及出力计算可知,机组效率、出力以及流量等参数均达到了改造目标。最后,还进行了真机参数的实测,进一步验证了该改造方案的可行性。 Because of improper runner type and equipment aging, the axial-flow turbine of a power station has appeared some problems, such as large noise, low efficiency and low output. In order to improve the efficiency and output of unit, three transformation schemes are proposed based on hydraulic condition analyses. Three schemes are compared and the scheme of replacing original axial-flow runner with tubular runner is determined. The results of CFD simulation and efficiency and output calculations for proposed scheme show that the efficiency, output and flow of unit are all meet the expected targets. After the unit puts into generation, the actual parameters are also measured, which further validates the feasibility of transformation scheme.
