摘要
采用正交试验法,通过动态性能测试研究了304金属橡胶/硅橡胶发射筒底座减振器缩比件的设计和加工。结果表明:设计加工金属橡胶/硅橡胶复合材料减振器的工艺方法是可行的;304金属橡胶/硅橡胶减振器的动态损耗因子高于0.45,能满足设计要求,这可为1∶1减振器原件的设计和加工提供参考。
The design and processing of 304 metal rubber/silastic damper shrinkage part for emitter base were studied by orthogonal test and dynamic performance test. The results show that, it is feasible to design and process metal rubber/silastic composite damper. The dynamic loss factor of the 304 metal rubber/silastic damper is higher than 0.45, which exceeds the design requirement of 0.2, which provides reference for the design and processing of 1:1 damper.
