Al2O3复相陶瓷/高铬铸铁复合材料磨粒磨损性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用铸造镶嵌法制备了Al2O3复相陶瓷/高铬铸铁复合材料。利用化学气相沉积技术在陶瓷增强体表面形成Ti涂层,研究Ti涂层对复合材料形成,以及涂层、两种陶瓷增强体对复合材料磨粒磨损性能的影响。结果表明:陶瓷增强体表面的Ti涂层,可明显改善复合材料的界面结合;复合材料相对于高铬铸铁,耐磨性均得到较大的提高(约50%)。对同一种陶瓷增强体的复合材料来说,陶瓷增强体经过表面改性的复合材料耐磨性优于陶瓷增强体表面未改性的复合材料,耐磨性提高幅度大约为10%。 The Al2O3 multiphase ceramic/high chromium cast iron composites were prepared by casting mosaic method. Ti coating was formed on the surface of ceramic reinforcements by chemical vapor deposition. The effects of Ti coating on the formation of the composites, and the coating and two kinds of ceramic reinforcements on the abrasive wear properties of the composites were studied. The results show that, Ti coating on ceramic reinforcements can obviously improve the interfacial bonding of the composites. Compared with high chromium cast iron, the wear resistance of the composites is improved greatly (about 50%). For the composites with the same ceramic reinforcements, the wear resistance of the composites with modified ceramic reinforcements is better than that of the composites with unmodified ceramic reinforcements, and the increase of the wear resistance is about 10%.
