摘要
对7075热挤压态铝合金在不同高温下进行短时回归再时效(RRA)处理,分析了热处理后7075铝合金的微观组织结构和性能,确定了优化后的热处理工艺参数。结果表明:经过RRA处理后7075铝合金存在着较多的η(MgZn2)和η'(MgZn)相,这些相提高了7075铝合金硬度,改善了7075铝合金的耐磨性和耐蚀性。在350℃下保温120 s经过RRA处理的7075铝合金洛氏硬度值较高。最佳RRA工艺为350℃×120 s+水淬+120℃×24 h。
7075 hot extruded Al alloy were treated by short time regression re-aging (RRA) under different high temperature. The microstructure and properties of 7075 aluminum alloy after heat treatment were analyzed, and the optimized heat treatment process parameters were determined. The results show that, after RRA treatment, there are a lot of η(MgZn2) andη'(MgZn) phases in 7075 aluminum alloy. These phases increase the hardness of 7075 aluminum alloy and improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 7075 aluminum alloy. At each test temperature, the Rockwell hardness of 7075 aluminum alloy treated by RRA at 350 ℃ for 120 s is high. The optimum RRA process is 350 ℃×120 s+water quenching+120 ℃×24 h.
