摘要
以GCr15轴承套圈为研究对象,引入冷热复合处理工艺,将一次冷处理+一次低温回火作为一个冷热循环,设计了不同的实验方案,研究了冷热循环前的组织状态、冷处理温度及冷热循环次数对GCr15轴承钢微观组织形态、碳化物性质、材料硬度的影响规律。结果表明:淬火后直接进行冷热复合处理,低的冷处理温度和增加循环次数能有效增加组织及碳化物的均匀性,提高宏观硬度和组织的稳定性。
Taking GCrl 5 bearing ring as the research object, cold and hot composite treatment process was introduced. A cold treatment and a low temperature tempering were regarded as a hot and cold cycle, and different experimental schemes were designed. The effects of the microstructure state of cold and hot cycles, the cold treatment temperature and the number of hot and cold cycles on the microstructure morphology, carbide properties and hardness of GCr15 bearing steel were studied. The results show that during cold and hot composite treatment aider quenching, the low cold treatment temperature and increasing cycle times can effectively increase the homogeneity of microstructure and carbide, and improve the macro-hardness and the stability of the microstructure.
