回火温度对W6Mo5Cr4V2钢数控刀具性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同的温度对W6Mo5Cr4V2钢数控刀具试样进行了回火,并进行了试样的抗弯性能、冲击性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:回火处理有助于提高材料的抗弯性能、冲击性能和耐磨损性能。随回火温度的提高,材料的抗弯性能、冲击性能和磨损性能先提高后下降。W6Mo5Cr4V2数控刀具材料的回火温度优选为656℃。 W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel NC cutting tools specimens were tempered out by different temperatures. And the bending properties, impact properties and wear resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that tempering treatment helps to improve the bending, impact and wear resistance of the material. With the increase of tempering temperature, the bending resistance, impact resistance and wear resistance of the material increase firstly and then decrease. The tempering temperature ofW6Mo5Cr4V2 NC cutting tool material is preferably 656 ℃.
