高铁轴承用20CrNi2MoV钢奥氏体晶粒长大行为研究 被引量:1

摘要 在温度为900、1000、1050、1100、1150、1200℃保温时间为10、20、30、60 min时,利用管式电阻炉加热了20CrNi2MoV钢,并研究了钢的奥氏体晶粒长大行为,测试了不同工艺下的晶粒尺寸。结果表明,随着加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长,奥氏体晶粒尺寸增大;当温度超过1050℃或保温时间超过30 min时,实验钢奥氏体晶粒开始发生明显的粗化。通过对实验数据的拟合,获得了20CrNi2MoV钢奥氏体晶粒长大数学模型。与实验结果比较,拟合效果良好。 The 20CrNi2MoV steel was heated in a tube furnace at the temperatures of 900, 1000, 1050, 1100, 1150, 1200℃ and holding time of 10, 20, 30, 60 min, and austenite grain growth behavior of the steel was investigated. The grain sizes under different processes were measured. The results show that grain sizes of the austenite increase with the increase of heating temperature and holding time; the austenite grain of the experimental steel begins to coarsen when the temperature is above 1050 ℃ or the holding time is above 30 min. The mathematical model of austenite grain growth of 20CrNi2MoV steel is obtained by fitting the experimental data. Compared with the experimental results, the fitting effect is good.
