摘要
深化标准化改革时期,推进标准化服务业产业化发展,必须培育标准化服务机构市场化专业化服务能力,提高在科技成果转化、融资增信等领域的标准支撑服务能力,推行"标准化+大数据"新模式,结合百城千业万企对标达标提升行动推动高质量发展。
In the period of deepened standardization reform, to promote the industrialization of standardized service industry, it is required to cultivate the market-oriented and specialized service ability for standardized service institutes, improve the supporting ability of standards in the fields of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, financing, enhancing credit and so on, carry out the new model of ＂standardization＋big data＂, combining with the special program on quality improvement through standards comparison and conformity among 10,000 enterprises of 1,000 sectors from lO0 cities.
