中蒙饲料中钙含量测定方法比对分析

Comparative Analysis on Calcium Content Determination Methods in Chinese and Mongolian Feed

饲料中的钙含量是饲料质量的重要指标之一。钙的缺乏,动物机体会发生软骨症,幼畜会出现佝偻症,但摄入过多的钙,会降低锌的吸收利用率,使畜禽对粮食消化率降低。因此对饲料中的钙含量进行测定,有利于保证饲料的营养价值,满足饲养动物对钙的营养需求。本文通过高锰酸钾法和指示剂测定了中蒙饲料中的钙含量,通过对比得出,中蒙两国在钙含量的使用仪器和设备、试剂和溶液、测定步骤方面均存在差异。

The content of calcium in feed is one of the most important indicators of feed quality. Lack of calcium may cause cartilage disease in animal body and hysteria in young animals. However, excessive intake of calcium will reduce the absorption and utilization rate of zinc, thus it will lead to less digestibility of the livestock and poultry. Therefore, the determination of the content of calcium in the feed is beneficial to ensure the nutritional value of feed and meet the nutritional requirements of the animals for calcium. This paper determines the content of calcium by potassium permanganate method and indicator in the feed, and through comparison get the result that there are differences of calcium content between China and Mongolia in the use of instruments and equipments, reagents and solutions, determination steps.
