Brief Analysis of the Workflow Management of Development and Revision of Local Standard on Engineering Construction in Ningxia

工作流程的合理性和科学性,是保证工作任务完成的前提条件。本文通过对宁夏工程建设地方标准制修订工作流程中存在问题的分析,完善工程建设标准化制修订工作流程管理,发挥工程建设标准化管理部门的主导作用,以实现组织、管理、协调、沟通的职能。

The rationality and scientificity of workflow are the prerequisites to ensure the completion of work tasks. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the workflow of local standard development and revision on engineering construction in Ningxia, this paper improves the workflow management of development and revision of engineering construction standards, and gives full play to the leading role of standardization management department in order to realize the functions of organization, management, coordination and communication.
