摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中不同粗蛋白水平对"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡育成期(10~16周龄)生长性能的影响。试验选用体重相近、体况健康的10周龄初"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡450只,随机分成3个处理(A、B、C),每个处理5个重复,每个重复30只,试验期为7周。3个处理组代谢能水平均为11.72 MJ/kg,粗蛋白水平分别为15.5%、16.5%、17.5%,结果表明,B组日增重显著高于C组(P<0.05)、料重比显著低于C组(P<0.05)、胫骨长显著低于A、C两组(P<0.05)。结合试验的指标,"京红1号"商品代蛋鸡育成期适宜代谢能水平为11.72 MJ/kg、粗蛋白水平为16.5%。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different dietary levels of crude protein (CP) on growth performance in 10~16 weeks Jinghong layers. 450 Jinghong commercial layers at the age of 10 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups, 5 replicates and 30 hens per repli- cate, the feeding trial lasted 7 weeks. In the experiment, the ME levels for A, B, C groups were all 11.72 MJ/kg, and the CP level was 15.5%, 16.5%, 17.5%, respectively. The results showed that group B had a higher daily gain and a lower feed gain ratio than C (P〈0.05), and the shank length was the lowest among three (P〈O.05). At comprehensive consideration of growth performance, the optimal CP level of Jinghong commercial layers during growing period was 16.5%.
