摘要
本研究通过调查湖北恩施地区155名土家族大学生的心理社会现状,发现受试的心理社会发展良好,但存在内部发展不一致的问题。校园经验投入对受试的心理社会发展具有正向影响。异族群互动、学术投入和人际投入在心理社会发展上存在不同程度的预测作用。研究结果表明,土家族大学生心理社会的发展在于其对校园生活的参与意愿和实际行动,因此高校管理者对少数民族大学生应建立心理危机预警机制,促进校园经验投入方案的实施并加强多元文化校园的建设。
This study investigated the psycho-social development of 155 Tujia college students in Enshi of Hubei. The results showed that the participants have a good performance on psycho-social development but have a problem of inconsistent internal development; campus experience input has a positive influence on their psycho-social development; ethnic group interaction,academic input and interpersonal involvement can predict their psycho-social development in different degrees. The research revealed that the psycho-social development of students relied on their willingness and practical actions to participate in campus life. Therefore,the university administrators should set up the early warning mechanism for psychological crisis,implement the program of campus experience input and strengthen the construction of multi-cultural campus for ethnic students
