公立医院引入社会资本提供延伸服务模式分析

Analysis of the Modes of Introducing Social Capital to Provide Extended Medical Services in Public Hospitals

随着医药卫生体制改革的深化,各项改革政策逐步落地,推动医疗卫生事业发展。但现有医疗资源尤其优质资源仍无法满足人们日益增长的医疗服务需求和多样化的医疗服务要求,公立医院面临运行压力不断增大、资金紧张、设备更新速度缓慢、医疗市场化竞争激烈等诸多挑战,公立医院亟待改善环境、提升服务来增强医院的竞争力,目前国家倡导引入社会资本开展社会办医及提供延伸服务,为公立医院的发展助力。文章就当前公立医院引入社会资本开展延伸服务的主要模式进行分析,为引入社会资本提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The development of medical and healthcare has been promoted as a result of the implementation and deepening of the new healthcare reform. The existing medical resources,especially the high-quality public hospital resources,are far from meeting the increasing and diversified medical service demands of the society as well. With the deepening of reform,hospitals faced with many challenges,such as the increasing operation pressure,financial strain,slow update of equipment,fierce competition in medical market and so on. Public hospitals urgently need to improve their environment and services to enhance their competitiveness. Therefore,the government is advocating the introduction of social capital in the medical field,providing extended services and empowering the public hospitals.The article analyzes main modes of introducing social capital in public hospitals and offering extended medical services,so as to provide references for the introduction of social capital.
