摘要
绩效管理是现代医院管理的重要抓手。通过分析总结北京市某肿瘤专科医院在科室绩效管理工作中有益尝试和实践,阐述了医院科室绩效考核体系的构建方法、工作流程和特点,探索基于以资源为基础的相对价值比率和关键绩效指标的科室绩效管理工作持续优化方法。
Performance management is an important means of modern hospital management. By analyzing the beneficial attempt and practice of the work of the hospital department performance management in a tumor hospital of Beijing,the paper expounded the construction method,workflow and characteristics of the performance appraisal system of hospital department,and explored the method of continuous optimization of the performance management of the department based on Resource Based Relative Value Scale and Key Performance Indicators.
