摘要
水资源利用状况评估对区域水资源的合理开发高效利用和综合管理具有重要意义。对水资源利用状况评估的Falkenmark指数与水压力指数方法进行评述,鉴于水压力指数法所需资料易获取并具有指导意义的特性,运用水压力指数法,基于收集整理的全国水资源一级区2006-2015年的水资源总量与总用水量资料,定量评价全国水资源一级区压力指数,分析了全国水资源利用的低压力、中等压力与高压力状态下的空间区域比例,为大时空尺度的水资源可持续利用研究提供参考。
An evaluation of the utilization of water resources has an important significance in the reasonable exploitation,effective utilization and comprehensive management of regional water resources. This paper reviews the Falkenmark index and water stress indicator method. Since the water stress indicator method has a guiding significance and its data sources are easily accessed. We use water stress indicator method to assess water stress of first-grade districts of water resources in China through collecting data of gross amount of water resources and water consumption among first-grade districts of water resources in China from 2006 to 2015. The spatial region ratio of slightly exploited district,moderately exploited district and heavily exploited district of the utilization of water resources are zoned. This study serves as a reference for the sustainable utilization of water resources in large spatial scales.
