摘要
气凝胶具有良好的绝热、透光、防火和隔声性能,是未来建筑节能技术中理想的新型建筑材料。在总结气凝胶性能和对比传统隔热材料的基础上,探究气凝胶材料在建筑侧窗、屋顶、建筑墙体中的构造做法,通过工程实例对比了使用气凝胶材料前后的建筑节能改造效果,分析气凝胶在建筑围护结构中应用的优缺点及亟待解决的问题,并对气凝胶在建筑中的应用前景进行展望。通过借鉴海外学者对气凝胶的最新研究成果,对气凝胶在建筑中的应用进行学习交流,旨在促进气凝胶在我国建筑中的应用。
Aerogel which has the favorable properties of thermal isolation,light transmitting,fire-retardant and acoustical insulation can be considered as the ideal new-type building materials in future building energy efficiency technology. Based on the review of aerogel properties and compared with traditional thermal insulation materials,the paper researched the structure and construction methods of aerogel in building side window,roof and wall. In addition,through the engineering projects,the paper compared the effects of aerogel on building energy before and after retro fitting,analyzed advantages and disadvantages of the applications of aerogel in envelop enclosure and the problems eagerly needed to solve,forecased the applications of aerogel in buildings. Referring to the latest research results of overseas scholars,the paper focused on conducting the learning and communication of aerogel application in buildings to promote the application of aerogel in our country's buildings.
