结构BIM技术实施方法理论的研究进展

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY OF BIM

随着我国工程勘察设计行业推行信息化的力度不断加大,BIM在结构工程领域的应用面狭窄问题也越发突出,建立系统的定量化方法体系是解决该问题的关键。而在结构物全寿命周期下针对上述问题所开展的讨论较少,主要工作集中在软件或模型协同应用层面,忽略了对BIM模型本身的研究,没有为结构工程专业内研究与应用BIM建立起一套系统性的方法。针对该现状,以结构BIM模型为中心,采用信息分析方法、文献追溯法及逆向分析法,从BIM的应用价值开始,基于结构物全寿命周期进行文献分析,按照数据元的描述、数据集的划分、信息交互方法、过程控制原理、软件工程方法学、建筑信息化的顺序进行论述。通过上述论述展现了以已有研究成果为基础,建立结构BIM方法构型的文献研究基础和思想来源。

The problem of narrow application range of BIM in the structural engineering field becomes more and more serious with the rapid development of BIM technology in China. In order to solve such problem,a systemic methodology was established. However,there is little and quantitaire discussion on the theory of BIM method based on the life cycle of the structure. All of recent researches focus on the collaboration of model and software,ignoring the BIM model itself,and lack of a systematic approach for the research and application of BIM within the structural engineering field.Therefore,based on the structure＇s BIM model,employed the information analysis method,retroactive-law and the reverse-engineering method,the paper discussed the application value of BIM,data element,dataset,information intercourse,progress control,software methodology and building informatization. In this process,on the basis of existing literature researches,the research foundation and though sources of BIM method were proposed.
