拖拉机小零件的快速铸造方法研究

摘要 针对传统的有模铸造方法无法满足拖拉机小零件小批量制造的短周期和低成本需求,开展了拖拉机小零件的快速砂型铸造方法研究,包括拖拉机小零件的快速铸造流程、分型设计方法和快速造型方法等。研究结果表明,在小批量制造需求下,采用无模铸造精密成形机和减材制造技术制造砂型砂芯,能快速铸造出合格的毛坯件,节约制造成本,并缩短制造周期。 The small parts development of tractor must be short cycle and low cost, of which the traditional casting processes with patterns cannot meet the requirements. The authors develop the rapid casting for small tractor parts, including the rapid casting process, mold design method and fast mold method. The results show that under the conditions of the small batch manufacturing, the qualified blanks can be rapidly manufactured, through the forming the sand molds and cores by the precision forming machine without pattern casting and subtractive manufacturing technology, and the cost is saved and the manufacturing cycle is shortened.
