摘要
分别从增强体的选择、基体的选择和构型设计等方面综述了原位合成非连续增强钛基复合材料的研究现状;概述了熔铸法、机械合金化法、自蔓延高温合金合成法、放热弥散法、反应热压法以及接触反应法等原位合成方法的工艺特点、反应原理;介绍了各原位合成方法在制备钛基复合材料中的最新应用;并对原位合成技术在钛基复合材料中的发展进行了展望。
The research status of in situ synthesis discontinuously reinforced titanium matrix composites has been reviewed from the aspects of reinforcement selection, matrix selection and formation design, respectively. Then the process characteristics, reaction principles and the latest applications of in situ synthesis methods including the casting process, mechanical alloying, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, exothermic dispersion, reactive hot pressing and contact reaction method are summarized and introduced. Finally, the potential development trends of in situ synthesis technology in titanium matrix composites are prospected.
