摘要 根据皮带轮的结构特点和使用要求,四斜滑块侧向抽芯、合模时预变形保证了皮带轮的轮槽尺寸;中心浇道、沿轮毂深腔的合金填充和布置在皮带轮周围的集渣包设计,保证了皮带轮内部质量和表面质量要求;浇道切刀装置提高了模具工作过程的可靠性;二次推出机构减少了模具的尺寸,降低了模具制造成本。经实际生产验证该模具结构合理,工作过程稳定可靠,产品质量良好、满足了皮带轮压铸件的质量和生产要求。 According to the structural features and requirements for utilization of pulley. The four slanting slider side core-pulling and predeformation when spotting ensure the size of the wheel groove of the pulley. The center gate, the alloy filling along the deep cavity of the wheel hub and the slag pack arranged around the pulley ensure to meet the inner quality and surface quality requirements of the pulley. The cutting knife device improves the reliability of die working process. The cost of the mold manufacturing is reduced due to the decreased size of the mold by the secondary launch mechanisms. The actual production shows that the die structure is reasonable, the working process is stable and reliable, the quality of production is good, and the quality and production requirements of pulley castings are satisfied.
