摘要
离心泵具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、操作平稳、流量稳定、适用范围广泛、易于制造和维修方便等优点,被广泛应用于海洋平台。针对海洋平台闭排泵发生的汽蚀问题,分析汽蚀原理,找出防止汽蚀的方法,优选出闭排泵的泵型。
The centrifugal pump has been widely used in offshore platform because of its simple structure,small volume, light weight, smooth operation, stability flow, wide application, easy to manufacture, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. Aiming at the cavitation problem of closed pump in offshore platform, the principle of cavitation was analyzed, and the way to prevent cavitation was found out, and the pump type of closed drainage pump was selected.
