摘要
某项目中固定管板式换热器的管板仅上半部分布管,下部分筒体未布管区有较大开孔,且筒体上设计有膨胀节。采用ANSYS软件对设备整体进行分析计算,对比分析了此类结构有无膨胀节的区别,并对该结构进行改进以满足工艺要求。根据JB/T 4732—1995(2005年确认)《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》对设备进行强度和热应力评定,并为该类型非均匀布管式换热器的设计提供参考。
Only the upper part of the tubesheet of a fixed tubesheet heat exchanger was distributed by tubesheet, the area of the lower part of the cylinder had a larger nozzle, and the expansion joint was designed on the cylinder. The ANSYS software was used for the overall analysis and calculation. The difference between structures with or without expansion joints was compared and analyzed, and the structure was improved to meet the technological requirements. According to JB/T 4732-1995, the strength and thermal stress of the device were evaluated, and it provided a reference for the design of the irregular tubesheet heat exchanger.
