摘要
对复合分子筛Y-Beta-ZSM-12进行XRD、N_2吸附-脱附、NH_3-TPD和Py-IR一系列表征,并将该分子筛用于甲苯甲醇烷基化反应中。结果表明,与HY-C催化剂相比,复合分子筛催化剂HYBZ-C的中强酸量增加,复合的ZSM-12分子筛的加入使该催化剂提高了抗积碳能力,HYBZ-C催化剂的甲苯甲醇烷基化性能明显提高,在450℃的甲苯转化率为33.3%。
Y-Beta-ZSM-12 composite molecular sieves were characterized by XRD, BET, NH_3-TPD and Py-IR, and used for alkylation of toluene with methanol. It was proved that the amount of medium strong acid of catalyst HYBZ-C was more than that of catalyst HY-C. Adding ZSM-12 molecular sieves improved the ability of resisting coke, resulting in good performance in alkylation with toluene conversion of 33.3%.
