摘要 陕西榆能化3×10~5 t/a聚丙烯(PP)装置在运行中高压丙烯回收塔T-301长期满塔操作。讨论了满塔操作对生产的影响,分析了影响T-301运行效率的因素,对如何提高T-301系统运行效率进行了探讨,制定并实施了相应的措施。结果表明,影响T-301运行效率的主要因素有:装置聚合物的粒径分布,再沸器换热效果,操作压力,丙烯回流量,丙烯冷凝器的换热效率,闪蒸罐操作温度等,针对影响因素制定了相应的措施。 The high pressure propylene recovery tower T-301 was filled with liquid propylene for a long time in the run of 3×10~5 t/a polypropylene unit in Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical Co.,Ltd.. The impact of the full tower operation on the production process was discussed. The main factors affecting the operational efficiency of T-301 were analyzed.The methods for increasing the operational efficiency of high pressure propylene recovery system were studied. The results indicated that the influence factors included the particle size distribution of the polymer, the reboiler heat exchange effect, high-pressure system operation pressure, the washing tower propylene flow back, the heat transfer efficiency of propylene condenser, and the operating temperature of the flash tank. The corresponding measures were adopted according to the influencing factors.
