摘要
由于在中低压气田集输过程中管线内部存在生成水合物的问题,而水合物的形成会堵塞采(集)气管线,造成天然气的输量减少,损害集输设备。因此避免水合物形成对研究高效的开采技术有重要的意义和实用价值。以某中低压气田为研究对象,使用PVTsim、Hysys软件对气体物性参数及水合物生成曲线进行模拟分析,并制定相应防止水合物生成的措施。
Hydrate may be formed in gathering and transferring pipeline pipelines of medium and low pressure gas field, while the formation of hydrate will block the gas pipeline, reducing the transferring amount of natural gas and damaging the parts,etc. Therefore, avoiding hydrate formation is of great significance and practical value for the study of high efficiency mining technology. In this paper, taking a medium-low pressure gas field as a research object, PVTsim and Hysys software was used to simulate and analyze gas physical parameters and hydrate formation curves. At last, corresponding measures to prevent the formation of hydrate were put forward.
