LNG加气站影响BOG产生的因素分析

摘要 正确分析BOG产生来源是BOG量计算的基础,对LNG加气站安全运行及BOG处理具有参考作用。本文按LNG加气站的工艺流程组成分析了影响BOG的因素,提出了每个环节BOG的计算方法,并以某LNG加气站为例计算了各环节产生的BOG,根据计算结果分析了卸车、待机和加气各工艺流程BOG产生量。 To analyze the source of BOG correctly is the basis of BOG volume calculation, which has a reference effect on safe operation and BOG treatment of LNG refueling station. In this paper, the factors affecting BOG formation were analyzed according to the functional process of LNG refueling station, and the BOG calculation methods were proposed. Taking a certain LNG refueling station as an example, produced BOG volume was calculated. According to the calculation results, the influence of unloading, standby and gas refueling on produced BOG volume was analyzed.
