摘要
催化裂化(FCC)装置再生烟气中NO_X含量可通过设备改造或加注助剂两种方式来脱除。FCC再生方式分贫氧再生和富氧再生两种方式,因再生方式不同,催化剂中氮化物的转化和烟气中氮化物的存在形式也不尽相同。国内某蜡油催化装置再生采用富氧再生方式,由于氮氧化物含量不达标,在无法进行设备改造及增加脱硝设施的情况下,采用了加注脱硝助剂方法脱除氮氧化物,将烟气中氮氧化物含量由加注前300~800mg/Nm^3降低至240 mg/Nm^3以下,满足环保排放要求。
The content of NO_X in FCC regenerator flue gas can be removed by equipment upgrading and adding assistant. The ways of FCC regeneration include oxygen-poor regeneration and oxygen-rich regeneration; because of the various regeneration ways, the conversion of nitride in the catalyst and existence forms of nitride in flue gas are different. The oxygen-rich regeneration has been adopted in a domestic waxen oil catalytic cracking unit, because the content of NO_X can not reach the standard, denitrification combustion-promoting agent is added for NO_X removal when equipment upgrading and adding denitrification facilities are unavailable, so the content of NO_X is reduced from 300~800 mg/Nm^3 to 240 mg/Nm^3 or less to meet the requirement of environment protection emission.
