摘要
标准EN877中规定了建筑排水铸铁管道需要满足温度循环实验,这对铸铁管的防腐材料提出了更高的要求。本文探讨并验证了环氧粉末涂料配方设计中影响涂层耐温度循环性能的因素,还介绍了适用于粉末生产厂家实验室的温度循环检测设备的设计和应用。
The standard EN877-1999＋A1-2006 specifies that cast iron drainage pipeline for buildings should satisfy the requirements of cycled variable temperature resistance test, which provides higher demand on the anticorrosive coating materials for cast iron pipeline. In this article, some inf/uential factors on cycled variable temperature resistance of FBE have been investigated. Meanwhile, the related testing instruments applicable to labs of powder coatings manufacturers are introduced.
