摘要
为了明确前期分离得到的一株核桃内生细菌XHE8(Bacillus sp.)的生物防治潜力及对作物种子萌发的影响,通过平板对峙法测定了该菌株对12株植物病原真菌的拮抗作用,并室内测定了该菌株对11种作物种子的萌发以及芽和根长的影响。结果表明,XHE8对所有测试的12个菌株都表现出一定的拮抗作用,其中对花椰菜黑斑病菌Alternaria brassicicola的抑制率最高,达到73.55%,而对小麦赤霉病禾谷镰刀菌Fusarium graminearum的拮抗作用相对较弱,其抑制率为31.45%。在该菌株处理下,红苋菜种子发芽率、芽长和根长分别增加了2%、59.42%和78.18%。研究结果为进一步开发该核桃内生细菌的生防和促生应用潜力奠定了一定的基础。
To elucidate the biocontrol potential of walnut endophytic bacteria XHE8(Bacillus sp.) isolated early and its impact on seed germination, the plate dual culture method was used to assay the antagonism of the strain against12 pathogenic strains, and the impact on 11 seed germination and length of buds and roots were also tested indoor.The results indicated that the XHE8 strain had antagonism against all 12 tested pathogenic fungus in some degree,of which the inhibition rate against the cauliflower black spot pathogen Alternaria brassicicola was the highest,reaching73.55%, and the inhibition rate against wheat head blight pathogen Fusarium graminearum.was the lowest,reaching31.45%. In the treatment of XHE8 strain, the germination rate, length of buds and roots of amaranth seeds were respectively increased by 2%, 59.42% and 78.18%. This research could lay a foundation for the further development and application of walnut endophytic bacteria XHE8 with biocontrol and growth-promoting potentials in the future.
