摘要
对贵州地区主要少数民族和汉族饮酒后血醇浓度(blood alcohol concentration,BAC)的变化趋势进行研究,以期在交通执法和司法鉴定中为酒驾行为的准确判定提供科学依据。选取34名健康青年志愿者(其中汉族10人,布依族8人,侗族8人,苗族8人)参加饮酒测试,收集各志愿者饮酒后不同时间的BAC数据。用SPSS软件对所得数据进行分析,发现不同民族与酒精吸收和BAC消除速率之间的关系有统计学意义,汉族与布依族、侗族和苗族的酒精吸收相关性显著,为中度相关,而布依族、侗族和苗族之间饮酒后的酒精吸收无显著关系;汉族与苗族的BAC平均消除速率具有显著性差异,为中度相关,与布依族、侗族和苗族的BAC平均消除速率无显著关系,布依族、侗族和苗族之间的BAC平均消除速率无显著关系。研究表明,饮酒后汉族酒精吸收最快,而3个少数民族的吸收速率相差不大,以苗族吸收慢;汉族BAC平均消除速率最低,苗族最高。
To study the variation tendency of blood alcohol concentration after drink between minority nationality and the Han nationality in Guizhou province, and to provide scientific basis for accurate determination of drunk driving for traffic law enforcement and judicial identification. 34 healthy young volunteers(including 10 Han, 8 Bouyei, 8 Dong, 8 Miao) were invited to participate in the drinking test, every volunteers BAC data after drink were collected. The obtained data was analysed by SPSS data analysis software, we found that the relationship among different nations and alcohol intake, BAC elimination rate was statistically significant, the correlation of alcohol absorb between Han nationality and Bouyei, Dong, Miao nationality were significant, were moderate correlation,but there was no significant correlation among Bouyei, Dong, Miao nationality; the correlation of blood alcohol elimination between Han nationality and Miao nationality were significant, were moderate correlation, there was no significant correlation between Han nationality and Bouyei, Dong nationality, and there was no significant correlation among Bouyei, Dong, Miao nationality. According to the experimental result, Han nationality’s alcohol absorption rate was the fastest, there was little difference among the three minority nationality, Miao nationality’s alcohol absorption rate was the slowest; Han nationality’s blood alcohol elimination rate was the slowest, Miao nationality was the highest.
