摘要
结直肠癌是常见消化道恶性肿瘤,其发病率位居胃肠道肿瘤前列。病人早期无明显症状或不适,缺乏有利的患病指征。目前结直肠癌的治疗仍是以手术切除为主,放射治疗、化疗治疗为辅,据临床实践显示,中西医结合治疗药也能达到一定的治疗效果。但是,纵观患者的总体治愈率和生存率,临床治疗并未能大大改善当前的窘境。为此,对结直肠癌的研究日益受到重视,近年来的研究已深入分子水平,发现某些基因与结直肠癌的演变、预后、治疗等存在联系。数据显示mi R-200家族在结直肠癌中的表达异常,会影响患者的生存率和存活时间,介导肿瘤细胞的恶性生物学行为。并且mi R-200家族能调控上皮-间充质转化(epithelial mesen-chymal transition,EMT)关涉因子,如ZEB1、ZEB2,被认为是EMT相关家族,其在结直肠癌侵袭、转移中的作用亦是当前的研究热点。本研究就mi R-200家族与结直肠癌的联系予以综述,为结直肠癌的进一步研究和临床治疗探讨提供思路。
Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract, and its incidence is at the forefront of the gastrointestinal tumor. The patients have no apparent symptoms or discomfort at the early stage, and lack of a favourable indication of disease. At present, the treatment of colorectal cancer is still mainly surgical resection,supplemented by radiotherapy, chemotherapy and treatment. According to clinical practice, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western also can achieve certain therapeutic effect. However, taking a wide view of the patient’s overall cure rate and survival rate, clinical treatment has failed to substantially improve the current dilemma. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to colorectal cancer, and studies on this subject are gradually deepened at the molecular level in recent years. Some genes have been found to be related to the evolution, prognosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. The data suggest that the mi R-200 family is abnormally expressed in colorectal cancer, affecting survival rate and time, mediating the malignant biological behavior of cancer cells. In addition, the mi R-200 family regulates epithelial mesenchymal transition(EMT) related factors,such as ZEB1, ZEB2, which is considered as a EMT connected family. Its role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer is also the focus of current researches. In this study, we reviewed the relationship between mi R-200 family and colorectal cancer in order to provided ideas for further research and clinical treatment.
