BRAF基因突变情况与结直肠癌发病的相关性及其临床意义分析

探讨结直肠癌患者BRAF基因突变情况及其临床意义。取2014年2月至2017年2月在我院保存的结直肠癌手术标本174例,采用直接测序技术检测BRAF基因突变情况。174例患者标本中,检测到BRAF基因突变8例,突变率仅为4.60%,突变类型主要以Exon15-codon600突变为主（87.50%）;低分化患者BRAF基因突变率为20.00%,明显高于中高分化患者（p〈0.05）;BRAF基因突变与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、TNM分期、病理类型、肿瘤直径及淋巴结转移无明显关系（p〉0.05）;术前CA199升高患者BRAF基因突变率为10.17%,明显高于术前CA199正常者（p〈0.05）。结直肠癌患者BRAF基因突变率较低,其与肿瘤分化程度有关,且与术前CA199有一定关系,值得进一步研究。

To investigate the mutation of BRAF gene in colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. From February 2014 to February 2017, 174 cases of colorectal cancer surgical specimens in our hospital were collected;the BRAF gene mutation was detected by direct sequencing technique. 8 cases of BRAF gene mutations were detected in 174 cases, the mutation rate was only 4.60%, and the mutation type was mainly Exon15-codon600 mutation（87.50%）; The mutation rate of BRAF gene in patients with low differentiation rate was 20.00%, higher than that in patients with middle and high differentiation（p〈0.05）; The BRAF gene mutation was not significantly related to age, gender, tumor site, TNM staging, pathological type, tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis（p〉0.05）; The mutation rate of BRAF gene in patient with preoperative CA199 increased was 10.17%, which was significantly higher than that of preoperative normal CA199 patients（p〈0.05）. The mutation rate of BRAF gene in colorectal cancer patients is low, which is related to the degree of tumor differentiation, and has a certain relationship with preoperative CA199, so it is worth further study.
