有限元分析在钢闸门计算中的运用

The Application of FE-Analysis in Steel Gates

本文运用有限元软件ABAQUS对平面钢闸门建立三维有限元模型,并以此来比较传统计算方法和有限元计算分析。研究结果表明,传统的计算方法偏于保守,计算数值偏大不够经济,而有限元软件计算出的结果因为考虑钢闸门的整体空间结构的作用,数值相对于传统计算方法小。有限元软件计算精度较高,可以作为设计参考。

In this paper, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to compare the traditional calculation method to FE-Analysis. The results show that the traditional method is conservative, and the calculated values are not too economical. The finite element software calculates consider the overall spatial structure of the steel gate, and the value is smaller than that of the traditional calculation method. Finite element software calculation accuracy is higher and can be used as a design reference.
