摘要
针对乳液法生产氯丁橡胶(CR)采用国产23.5 m3搪瓷聚合釜的工艺特点,阐述了在生产过程中影响产量、质量、安全和环保等方面所存在的问题,利用先进的控制理念、人工智能与传统的自动化控制(智能自动化)相结合,提高和稳定了产品的产量、质量,达到了保护环境和安全生产的目的。
This report focuses on the technology of Neoprene production via emulsion polymerization in a 23.5 m^3 enamel polymerization batch,and demonstrates the issues that could affect the productivity,quality,safety concern,as well as environmental protection. The current study takes advanced concept in combining the artificial intelligence(AI) with conventional automation control,the productivity and the quality of Neoprene are improved and maintained as well as ensured safety concerns and environmental protection.
